    to Be honest… Excercising isnt the hard part of being healthy, its nutrition! please do videos on nutrition! =] in my case i dont have proper nutrition cuz i really dont know, though i reckon my excercise regime is up to scratch =]

    So what is your body fat %? What % would you have to drop it to to see your definition in your abs.
