Please, girls love it when guys check them out. That is why most of them work out so hard (other then health), and the reason they spend millions and millions on cosmetics each year. Also, i do not see whats wrong with checking out and looking at two beautiful women as these two ladies.

Not really … I mean it does have effect on ur feet but not these are designed more for women that want to keep a fine,toned,streamlined aspect of the thighs.But if you really want to do those,follow Sarah’s advice and use weights with those exercises

There are tons of options. I have a few butt exercises on my channel that you do entirely on your hands and knees if you don’t want to squat down. We have a bunch on DietHealth as well like our sexy pilates workout side leg series.
Men tend to have skinnier legs but yes they will just make sure to use weights that make the last rep difficult.
I ballet and i was wondering how to use the inside of my thigh or streghten it b.c i have a habit of “gripping” which is using my outer thigh instead of my inner, whihc is incorrect, and its also easier to use ur inner. any suggestions?
Do you have a suggestion for replacing the squat?
