How I try to be healthy, haha. I’m 5′8.5″, 174cm, a bit over 120 lbs, or around 55kg. I’m trying to lose a few more lbs. Tips: – Drink a glass of hot water or lemon water first thing in the morning to flush out system – Always eat breakfast, eat your carbs in the morning – Spread out meals into 6 small meals a day – No sugar or carbs for dinner, low salt for dinner – No eating 4 hours before bed time – Watch your sauces, creamy sauces are high in calories – Dinner should be the smallest meal …

    its true that your weight is totally fine but i get it… to lose weight…i’m 5′7″ and 130lbs, but people think i usually weigh around 110. i guess its all mostly muscle weight…but i do want to lose weight..or more specifically muscle weight.

    You don’t need to lose any more weight! You have a such a nice body. I’m only 5”6′ and I weigh 146lbs (ugh)… I’m trying to get down to 120lbs. I don’t eating 1000 calories is healthy in the long run. I read that between 1200 and 1500 is sustainable for weightloss and overall health for women. But hey if 1000 calories then i can’t complain. Starting tomorrow, I’m going to start a 1200 calorie diet. Plus I’m going to take CLA, Lecithin and Vit D3 and L-Carnitine when I work out

    And according to BMI chart, you’re an 18 and UNDERweight–don’t think you need to be less :)

    You’re tall and weight 120? You’re really perfectly fine, you don’t have to lose one more pound!

    It’s great you’re eating healthier, all the foods you mentionned are so healthy for you. But I just don’t get it lol D: you’re so skinny already! I’m 5”7 and I want to weigh 130 lol which would be a healthy weight.. If you weighed less than 120 I’m pretty sure that’s an unhealthy weight.. I’m not criticizing though because everything you mentioned are very healthy and good for you. Just saying lol why are you worried about your weight! You’re healthy!

    I think il try this. I’m the same height and my goal weight is about the same as yours. i have trouble with maintaining weight like u too when traveling lol.

    i’m 5′3 and weigh 97lbs/44kg.
    but i feel like i’m quite not fit… i gotta exercise more :|

    Well, you have to remember that your bone structure plays a big part in how much weight one is able to lose. If you lose too much, based on your bone structure, you’ll look sick. I’m 5′1 and I’m big-boned so I’m supposed to weigh less than 140 lbs. Basically, I will NEVER weigh 110 lbs. or something like that w/o looking dead.

    i weigh 134 pounds.. and im 5′3/5′4
    so im really hoping to lose 30 pounds? O_O LOL im 12..

    Read Jack Lalane. He has a lot of good info. He eats 2 meals. Shake in the morning, Carrots/Cellery/Soy Protein, then sometime around 11 he eats egg whites 4-6 with fruits and vegetables. His last meal is seafood with some brown rice some pieces of fresh fruit for dessert. No snacks. Lots of water.

    I use to eat 6 meals, but I didn’t like always filling my stomach. So now I eat 3 basic ones, with a shake. On some days I go for the 2 meal thing, but make sure i have enough fruit in the morning.

    Girl, I bet you look gorgeous just the way you are now. I am 1.58m too and I am 53 Kg. I think that when I was 47kg I looked my best, that is why I think you are ok with you actual weight.

    I weight 99lbs (45kgs) and I’m 1.58m.
    I feel really unhealthy and my goal is to lose 10lbs which I gained when I went to Taiwan.
    Hopefully this diet works~ :D
