One think is strange in the exame, i have alergy to lactose but not yogurts. Is it safe to eat them?
If we don’t eat organic real food, live food, we will not have enzymes and probiotics to break down food – thus acid reflux, allergies, abdominal distention, illness, inflammation, poor health. EAT REAL FOOD, AND USE SUPPLEMENTS WHEN NECESSARY. Eat move, and be healthy!
