    The average score on the reading and math portions of the newly expanded SAT showed the largest decline in 31 years, according to a report released by the College Board on the performance of high school classes. 40% of all graduates can’t read at an 8th grade level. It’s not the kids or teachers it’s the PUBLIC system.

    If there is a “public” option healthcare will go the route of education and more and more people will accept public care. If you like what public education has turned out over the past 40 years… you’ll love your public option in healthcare too!
