    What do you drink if you run in the mornings and intense martial arts in the evening. Can you drink regular purified water or do you have to drink this recipe?

    I CAN’T BELIEVE HOW HARD IT IS TO LOOK FOR GRADE B MAPLE SYRUP… in other stores. l.o.l
    you use grade B because it’s not over refined or whatever

    I have found that to ‘cool’ off the cayenne, I take 16 oz of water in my 32 oz container, put the powder in, microwave for 3 minutes, then let cool. I do that the night before, and add the mixture in the morning and it totally takes the bite out of the cayenne. Try it if you can’t ’stomach’ the cayenne and get all the benefits of the detox.

    You can also buy the syrup from Trader Joe’s. It’s actually cheaper there than at whole foods.

    i finally found the grade B maple syrup Yipppie!!! i cant wait to begin….if u in New York,go East side Health food store,it’s at 1496 3rd avenue E 85 street….good luck everybody!!!!!
